Gamers Get Real
There's a music store in Washington that's trying to make virtual guitarists into literal ones. The Washington Post says Middle C Music is putting on a Guitar Hero contest and first prize is a genuine, music-making wood-and-wire guitar. The kind that doesn't even plug in.
As stated here earlier, there's really not much correlation between the Guitar Hero video game and playing a real guitar but supposedly some kids are getting interested in the real thing after playing the game.
